Privacy Policy — Succenergy AI Coach

Succenergy AI Coach ("the App") is developed and operated by Brandulogy, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and language preference.

  • Onboarding and coaching data: your stated purpose, goals, principle focus, exercise responses, and milestone progress within the Succenergy methodology.

  • Coaching conversations: the messages you exchange with the AI Coach, used to generate responses and maintain coaching continuity.

  • Usage data: which features and exercises you use, and basic app activity (for improving the product).

  • Subscription and payment information: your purchases are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details; we receive confirmation of subscription status from our payment infrastructure provider, RevenueCat.

  • Device and technical data: device type, operating system, and push notification tokens (used to send you reminders you have opted into).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and personalize the AI coaching experience; track your progress through the Succenergy methodology; send you notifications you have enabled; process your subscription; maintain and improve the App; and respond to support requests.

How Your Information Is Processed

To provide the AI Coach, your coaching conversations and relevant profile context are sent to Anthropic (which provides the underlying AI model) for the purpose of generating responses. Your data is stored using Supabase (database hosting) and Google Cloud (application hosting). Authentication and push notifications are handled through Firebase. Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond providing their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active. Full conversation transcripts are summarized into short coaching notes after each session; we do not retain indefinite raw transcripts. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and data, use the in-app option under Settings → Delete Account, or visit our Account & Data Deletion page at https://succenergy.com/delete-account — this works even if you no longer have the App installed.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

We operate primarily for users in the United States, Brazil, Portugal, and Mozambique. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the GDPR or LGPD).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
