Delete Your Account and Data

You can request deletion of your Succenergy AI Coach account and all associated data at any time — whether or not you still have the App installed.

Option 1: Delete from within the App

Open the App → Settings → Delete Account → follow the confirmation steps. This immediately begins deletion of your account and associated data.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the App installed, or prefer to request deletion this way, email support@succenergy.com with the subject line "Delete My Account," from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 5 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your profile information, your goals and exercise history, your coaching conversation history and coaching notes, and your notification preferences.

Please note: if you have an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not automatically cancel that subscription. To stop being charged, you must also cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscriptions, separately from deleting your account.

Some limited information may be retained where required by law (for example, financial transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes).
