These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Succenergy AI Coach application ("the App"), provided by Brandulogy, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Succenergy AI Coach provides AI-powered coaching grounded in the Succenergy® methodology developed by Tânia Tomé, delivered through guided exercises, reflective prompts, and conversational coaching. The App is intended for personal development and motivational purposes only.

Not Professional Advice

The App does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. The AI Coach is not a substitute for professional help. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Testimonials and stories shared within the App reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances, and consistency.

Subscriptions

The App offers a $1 introductory trial for 7 days, which automatically converts into a recurring monthly subscription ($11/month for eligible students, $33/month general pricing) unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device, and renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, as we do not process payments directly.

Intellectual Property

The Succenergy® methodology, name, brand, and all related content (including the "7 Principles" framework, exercises, and coaching scripts) are the proprietary intellectual property of Tânia Tomé, licensed to Brandulogy, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content outside of your personal use of the App.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time (see our Account & Data Deletion page).

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App's features or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
